How to get to Utilita Arena

Utilita Arena, Kind Edwards Way, Birmingham, B1 2AA

Utilita Arena Birmingham is at the heart of Birmimgham City Centre. It is extremely accessible and gives visitors the option to travel by bus, train and Metro.

The venue is one of Birmingham’s most iconic and hosts music, comedy and sports events.

Consider using public transport

There are many transport options available to get to Utilita Arena Birmingham. 

By train:

The venue is just a short walk from Birmingham New Street, Moor Street, Snow Hill and Five Ways train stations, making it an ideal location to travel by train.

By bus:

Arena Birmingham being located in Birmingham City Centre is a short walk to bus stops across the City Centre. There is a bus stop located close to Utilita Arena which is served by the 126 bus service. 

By metro:

Brindley Plan and Library are the nearest metro stops located a short walk from Utilita Arena Birmingham. On Monday to Saturday, there are trams:

  • every 15 minutes between 4.45am and 7am
  • every 6 to 8 minutes during the day
  • every 15 minutes between 7pm and 0.45am

On Sundays there are trams every 15 minutes between 7.30am and 11.45pm.

Consider Cycling or Walking

Being in the heart of the city centre, there are a range of cycle racks available, for example, located in nearby Brindleyplace. For information on cycle routes in the area please visit Cycling in Birmingham

The West Midlands Cycle Hire scheme is now live in Birmingham with bike docks located in the city centre and a short walk from the Utilita Arena. For more information go to https://www.wmcyclehire.co.uk/

Utilita Arena Birmingham is located in Birmingham City Centre so perfect for walking to make transport connections.

Driving

The Clean Air Zone in Birmingham City Centre is now operational. If you drive through the Clean Air Zone in a car or van you will be charged £8 per day if your vehicle does not meet certain emissions standards.
