West Midlands Metro ticket zones are live. You can find what zones your stops are in using our online service.
The tram service is called the West Midlands Metro.
You can use the ticket finder to find the right tram ticket for you. You can buy tickets from the conductor on the tram or using a Swift pay as you go card.
On Monday to Saturday, there are trams:
- every 15 minutes between 4.45am and 7am
- every 6 to 8 minutes during the day
- every 15 minutes between 7pm and 0.45am
On Sundays there are trams every 15 minutes between 7.30am and 11.45pm.
View the tram timetable to find out where the tram stops. All tram stops have step-free access.
Some tram stops have free car parking.
You can also plan an alternative journey if there are disruptions to the tram.
