Replace a lost or stolen Swift card
We can replace lost or stolen Swift cards. This includes under-16 and 16-18 photocards.
If you bought your Swift card from National Express, you need to contact them to replace it.
Lost cards
If you’re a Direct Debit Swift card holder you can replace your lost card online. If you do not use Direct Debit to pay for your Swift card, call us on 0345 075 6006 as soon as possible.
You’ll have to pay £7.50 for a replacement card. You’ll get your new card through the post within 5 working days.
Stolen cards
If your Swift card has been stolen, report it to the police as soon as you can. Make sure you get a crime reference number. Then call us on 0345 075 6006.
Your card will be replaced free of charge when you tell us your crime reference number. You’ll get your new card through the post within 5 working days.
Pay as you go cards
If there's credit on your card, you can get it back if you registered your original card online. You'll get the credit on your replacement card.
Refunds
You might be able to get a refund if you don’t want a replacement Swift card. Let us know when you report it lost or stolen.
