Using the On Demand app

From 23 July 2025, all Ring & Ride and On Demand bus users will use the West Midlands On Demand app to book their journeys.

This change will make it easier to manage and book trips in one place.

If you are a new user in Coventry

You will need to register if you would like to use the service.

1. Download our app on Google Play for Android or the App Store for iOS
2. Create an account
3. Add a default payment method

If you are a current Ring & Ride user

1. Download our app on Google Play for Android or the App Store for iOS
2. Log in using the phone number you used to register for Ring & Ride 
3. Add a default payment method

If you are a new Ring & Ride user

You will need to register first if you would like to use the service.

Booking a journey

To book a trip:

1. Open the app 
2. Choose your destination and pick-up time. You can book immediately or up to 7 days in advance
3. Confirm your journey and pick-up point

You cannot change a booking once it’s been confirmed. You will need to cancel it and rebook instead. You can cancel through the app. 

Please let us know as soon as possible if you won’t be travelling on your chosen journey. That way we can ensure the bus is available for other passengers to book.
