You can hire a bus for a trip if you are part of a community group. A community group includes:
- scouts or brownies
- youth clubs
- senior citizen clubs
- disabled groups
- sheltered housing developments
There are three community transport operators in the West Midlands:
- CT Passenger - Birmingham, Coventry and Wolverhampton
- Shencare Community Transport - based in Northfield, Birmingham
- Walsall Community Transport - Walsall, including shopper buses in Bloxwich and Barr Beacon
