Movement for Growth - WMLTP4
Publishing and reviewing the Local Transport Plan (LTP) is one of WMCA’s core statutory duties as the Local Transport Authority for the area covered by the West Midlands seven metropolitan districts/boroughs.

This page contains information on our current adopted LTP.
However, we are refreshing our Local Transport Plan and have agreed the content for its Core Strategy, which we are using to set a new policy direction. Once all elements of the new LTP are agreed, the new LTP will also be formally adopted as the West Midlands’ fifth LTP, replacing Movement for Growth as the region’s statutory LTP.
