As over a million people from across the globe will be travelling to the region to enjoy the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games, we’re on a mission to provide everyone with frequent, reliable, and accessible transport - but we need your help to do this.

The Commonwealth Games are a unique and a once in a lifetime opportunity to be part of a large-scale sports event. As a ‘travel champion’ and front-line worker you’ll be a part of the magic - witnessing and helping it come together first hand.

In preparation for the Games, we are working with all transport operators (including you) across the region to develop and deliver an exceptional customer experience strategy to unite the industry as ‘One Team Transport’.

What is 'One Team Transport'?

‘One Team Transport’ is the campaign for uniting the region’s transport operators to provide seamless travel ahead of, during, and following the Commonwealth Games. By doing this and working as one team, we want to create a lasting impact that will remain long after the Games have concluded. With your help we can showcase how exceptional our transport network is.

Your Guide to the Games

To ensure you can provide the best customer experience possible during the Games, we are making sure that you all have access to our content and collateral. We have developed a comprehensive transport handbook, a striking ‘Travel Champion’ tabard, and setup a new One Team Facebook group so that you have all the essential information and support you need.

As the scheduling information in the handbook is subject to change at short notice, we have also created a digital version that will contain up to date timetables, scheduling, and routes, so that you’re prepared for any changes. You can access the digital version, below:
