Transport Planning

The Transport Planning team sits within the Policy, Strategy and Innovation directorate of TfWM. The team has a wide variety of responsibilities and collaborates with other teams within the directorate and TfWM, including the Data Insight and Transport Innovation teams, as well as working closely with the West Midlands Combined Authority, Local authority partners, consultants, and academics.

With expertise in scheme and business case development, as well as transport modelling, Monitoring and Evaluation, and transport research, the team is involved in many projects and is often involved through most of a scheme’s lifecycle.
